From April 01, Resource Group launches “I UNDERSTAND” programme — a large-scale programme, aimed at caring for its employees’ well-being.

“I UNDERSTAND” is a platform where you can get necessary consultations from different specialists. All of this services are free, unlimited, and strictly anonymous.

Employees will be able to consult psychologists, lawyers, financial advisors, and healthy lifestyle specialists on any questions.

All the consultations are conducted absolutely confidentially in the format of a video or audio call, as well as in a chat.

Each employee can receive an unlimited number of consultations — as many as necessary to solve a problem of concern.

“I UNDERSTAND” programme has been integrated in many large companies and is a great success with employees.
