RT Line is developing a mentoring system.

Mentoring is one of the key elements of new employees training and support.

At the moment, RT Line has two mentors for drivers — Vladimir Solomennikov and Yelena Afanasyeva. Their experience and knowledge allow newcomers to learn the mysteries of their craft faster and to fit into the work process more easily.

Starting from this January, the company is expanding its mentoring team. During this period, the training of the third mentor, Yelena Ponomareva, will start. The training will take place online and will last several weeks. Upon its completion, Yelena will have to pass a test, after which a certificate confirming her mentor’s qualification will be issued for Yelena.

According to the company’s management, increasing a number of mentors helps to improve the professional skills of drivers and to increase a level of transportation safety.
