ResourceTrans has started to integrate bots.
In mid-February, the company started to integrate the first bot for the financial service. In April, the bot will be put into commercial operation and will perform statistical reporting for the Chelyabinsk branch office of ResourceTrans.
The company's employees assess this step as a huge progress in productivity improvement – the use of the bot will reduce data processing time, save labor costs for routine tasks and generally improve the company's internal processes. Of course, a bot cannot completely replace a human, but only serve as an assistant in performing certain work.
